Kyiv will current its victory plan — outlining “clear, concrete steps” to finish the warfare with Russia — at a gathering of allies subsequent week, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated on Saturday.

Ukraine will focus on the plan at an Oct. 12 assembly of its allies, led by U.S. President Joe Biden, at Ramstein Air Base in Germany, Zelenskyy stated in a publish on the social media web site Telegram.

“We will current the Victory Plan, clear, concrete steps for a simply finish to the warfare. The willpower of the companions and the strengthening of Ukraine is what can cease Russian aggression,” Zelenskyy stated within the publish.
