Zelenskyy says victory plan is coming at allies’ assembly on Oct. 12

Kyiv will current its victory plan — outlining “clear, concrete steps” to finish the warfare with Russia — at a gathering of allies subsequent week, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated on Saturday.
