Suspect in Moreno Valley deadly taking pictures present in Pomona




A person suspected of taking pictures to demise one other man in Moreno Valley earlier this week was arrested in Pomona early Thursday morning, Aug 15.

Investigators on Wednesday developed details about Joe Miramontes Jr’s whereabouts, which led to an house advanced within the 1400 block of Laurel Avenue in Pomona, in response to a Riverside County Sheriff’s assertion. The company didn’t reveal particulars on what this info was.

Booking data present Miramontes, 31, of Moreno Valley was arrested and booked on suspicion of homicide early Thursday morning.

He is the suspect within the Aug. 12 deadly taking pictures of Gilbert Ramirez, 30,  of Moreno Valley within the 24000 block of Bostwick Drive.

Miramontes and Ramirez had been concerned in a dispute, in response to Sgt. Lance Stoyer of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. Miramontes allegedly shot the sufferer a number of occasions, then left the realm, he stated.

Deputies checking a report of an assault with a lethal weapon discovered Ramirez, who died on the scene.

Detectives didn’t say how they recognized Miramontes because the suspect. An arrest warrant was issued for him.
