Goats for weapons?
After a summit between Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean chief Kim Jong Un in June at which the worldwide pariahs mentioned mutual cooperation, Moscow has delivered a present to Pyongyang.
Russia despatched, drumroll, 447 goats to the North Korean metropolis of Rason, the Russian agriculture security watchdog Rosselkhoznadzor stated in a press launch.
The goats, which had been exported from Russia’s Leningrad area, symbolize a primary batch of cattle that Russia intends to ship to North Korea.
