Riverside man arrested,  accused of inappropriately touching buyer at Rancho Cucamonga therapeutic massage parlor



A Riverside man suspected of inappropriately touching a buyer at a therapeutic massage parlor in Rancho Cucamonga was arrested final week, and authorities say there could also be further victims.

Charles Russell, a licensed masseuse, was arrested on June 12 after a buyer reported to authorities that they had been inappropriately touched throughout a therapeutic massage in May at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, situated alongside the 8700 block of nineteenth Street, close to Carnelian Street, in keeping with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

Russell, 56, was booked on suspicion of sexual battery and false imprisonment. The sheriff’s division posted his picture on social media and it may be considered right here.

The sheriff’s division requested that anybody with extra info on Russell, or who was info concerning the reported incident,  to contact Deputy M.
