The bloc’s new overseas affairs chief, Kaja Kallas, European Council President António Costa and European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos visited Kyiv on Sunday, on the primary day of the brand new European Commission’s mandate, to reaffirm their “unwavering help to the Ukrainian individuals,” Costa stated on X.
Russian lawmakers had already permitted the price range plans in late November.
