More than six months after the San Diego Padres opened the season with a win over the Los Angeles Dodgers in South Korea, the National League West golf equipment are taking their rivalry again to the postseason.
The Padres dispatched the Atlanta Braves in two video games to advance from the National League Wild Card Series to the NL Division Series, which begins at Dodger Stadium on Saturday.
“Clearly going to respect them,” Padres manager Mike Shildt stated of the Dodgers. “They’ve received a very nice membership. We fought tooth and nail to get to the tip of the season, for the division. But now we’re within the a part of the season the place winner strikes on and we would not need it every other method. It’s going to be an exquisite collection. We’re tremendous enthusiastic about it. Can’t wait.”
