In a collection of posts on his X social media platform in current weeks, the billionaire backer of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has honed in on Germany and the U.Ok., criticizing the respective governments, questioning legal guidelines they’ve enacted and casting doubt on their financial competence.
He’s personally insulted every nation’s political chief, calling Chancellor Olaf Scholz a “idiot,” Germany’s president a “tyrant” and accusing Prime Minister Keir Starmer of being “complicit within the rape of Britain.”
