A person accused of following his estranged spouse onto the 215 Freeway in San Bernardino, getting out of his automotive and placing hers with gunfire over the weekend was in vital situation on Tuesday, May 28, after police say they caught up with him and shot the 48-year-old as he left his automotive holding the gun.

The lady was not injured — despite the fact that Michael Vargas of San Bernardino put a number of bullet holes within the driver’s door of her automotive, police stated.
