A 23-year-old man was arrested on Friday, July 19, after a number of brush fires broke out in Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park, the Riverside Fire Department stated.

The man was booked on 5 felony counts of arson of a construction or forest land, in accordance with the Riverside County jail log. The man was launched Saturday after posting $35,000 bail.
