It was the most recent salvo in a long-running feud between the broadcaster and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s authorities which has worsened through the conflict in Gaza.
Since the conflict started on Oct. 7 when Hamas Palestinian militants attacked Israel, Al Jazeera has aired steady on-the-ground reporting on the results of Israel’s marketing campaign.
