The head of the Catholic Church in England and Wales is urging folks to get out and vote forward of the overall election on 4 July. 


Cardinal Vincent Nichols stated it was a “privilege” to have the ability to vote and requested folks to be lively quite than passive in participating with politicians and expressing their views on key points.
