Death of man in Lake Arrowhead investigated as a murder

A person was discovered dead on Tuesday, May 14, in Lake Arrowhead, and detectives are investigating the dying as a suspected murder, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department stated Tuesday.

Deputies responded to a house at round 7 a.m. Tuesday within the 28000 block of Lakes Edge Road in Lake Arrowhead and located a person dead, Mara Rodriguez, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s division, stated.

“The dying appeared suspicious, and our murder investigators responded and assumed the investigation,” Rodriguez stated.
