Chiefs maintain off Raiders to clinch NFL playoff berth

The Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs are headed again to the NFL playoffs after eking out a 19-17 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders, whose last drive for a possible game-winning subject aim ended with a botched snap.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw for 306 yards and one landing and Matt Wright kicked 4 subject targets for the Chiefs, who improved to 11-1 with their 14th straight victory in a recreation determined by one possession.

Kansas City took a 16-3 lead on a landing catch by Justin Watson and three subject targets by Wright earlier than the lowly Raiders rallied for a 17-16 edge thanks to 2 lengthy landing passes from Vegas quarterback Aidan O’Connell.
