Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s 15-year rule of the nation ended on Monday as she fled weeks of lethal protests and the army introduced it will type an interim authorities.

Hasina had sought since early July sought to quell nationwide protests in opposition to her authorities, however she fled after a brutal day of unrest on Sunday by which practically 100 individuals died.

In a broadcast to the nation on state tv Monday, Bangladesh’s military chief Waker-Uz-Zaman mentioned Hasina had resigned and the army would type an interim authorities.
