Alec Baldwin’s Involuntary Manslaughter Case Dismissed

Santa Fe, N.M. — A New Mexico judge on Friday threw out the involuntary manslaughter case in opposition to Alec Baldwin in the course of his trial and mentioned it can’t be filed once more.

Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dismissed the case with prejudice primarily based on the misconduct of police and prosecutors over the withholding of proof from the protection within the taking pictures of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie “Rust.”

Baldwin cried and embraced his attorneys after the choice was introduced.
